Centre Closure Policy
Your Rights When a Partner Centre Closes
Last Updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
At Just Float (Wellsuites Ltd), we act as a promotional marketplace connecting customers with independent float therapy centres. While we strive to partner with reliable businesses, we do not own or operate any of the centres listed on our platform and cannot guarantee their ongoing financial stability or operational status.
This Centre Closure Policy outlines your rights, our responsibilities, and the refund process in the unfortunate event that a float centre permanently closes its business before you are able to redeem a validly purchased promotional voucher.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Voucher Terms, and Refund Policy.
2. Scope of this Policy
This policy applies only if:
- You hold a valid, unredeemed, and unexpired Just Float promotional voucher for a specific float centre.
- That specific float centre ceases trading permanently, goes into administration, or otherwise permanently shuts down its physical location.
This policy does not apply to:
- Temporary closures (e.g., for renovations, equipment maintenance, or staff holidays).
- Vouchers that have already passed their stated expiry date.
- Vouchers that have already been redeemed (even if the centre closes shortly after your session).
- Situations where you simply changed your mind after the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
3. Limitation of Liability
Because your contract for the actual float therapy service is with the independent centre, Just Float is not legally liable for the centre's failure to deliver the service due to business closure.
However, as a gesture of goodwill and to maintain trust in our marketplace, we provide the resolution options outlined in Section 4 for affected customers. Our maximum liability in the event of a centre closure is strictly limited to the actual purchase price you paid to Just Float for the voucher.
We will not be liable for:
- The "full retail value" of the float session.
- Any consequential losses, including travel or accommodation expenses booked in anticipation of your float.
- Any other damages arising from the centre's closure.
4. Resolution and Refund Options
If you hold a valid, unexpired voucher for a centre that has permanently closed, please contact us immediately. Upon verifying the closure of the centre, we will offer you one of the following options:
- Option 1: Platform Credit / Transfer. Where possible, we will offer to transfer the value of your voucher to be used at an alternative participating float centre listed on the Just Float platform.
- Option 2: Full Refund. If there is no suitable alternative centre in your area, or if you prefer not to accept a transfer, we will issue a full refund of the exact amount you paid for the voucher.
5. How to Claim
If you discover that a centre you hold a voucher for has closed, please follow these steps:
- Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of discovering the closure, and strictly before your voucher's original expiry date.
- Include Details: Provide your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and your Voucher code.
- Processing: We will investigate and confirm the closure of the centre. Once confirmed, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
