1. Introduction
At Just Float (Wellsuites Ltd), we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for float therapy promotional vouchers ("Vouchers") purchased through our Platform.
Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Use and Voucher Terms.
2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK consumer law, you have a statutory right to change your mind and cancel your online Voucher purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Full Refund: If you request a refund within this 14-day window, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- The Catch: This statutory right does not apply if you have already redeemed the Voucher and booked or completed your float session at the Centre within those 14 days. Once the Voucher is redeemed, the service is considered delivered by Just Float.
3. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days
After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, Vouchers are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Centre Refusal: If a Centre unfairly refuses to accept your valid, unexpired Voucher according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
- Significant Changes: If the Centre makes significant changes to their services that materially affect the value of the Voucher (e.g., relocating to a city far away).
- Centre Closure: If the Centre ceases trading permanently before you can redeem your valid, unexpired Voucher. Please see our Centre Closure Policy for specific details on how this is handled.
4. When Refunds Are NOT Available
To protect our business and our partner Centres, we will not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Expired Vouchers: You failed to redeem the Voucher and complete your float session before the clearly stated expiry date.
- Change of Mind (After 14 Days): You simply changed your mind or forgot to use the Voucher after the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
- No-Shows or Late Cancellations: You booked an appointment with the Centre but failed to attend, or you canceled the appointment outside of the Centre's permitted cancellation window. In these cases, the Voucher is considered forfeited.
- Medical Unsuitability: It is your responsibility to check with the Centre or a medical professional regarding any health conditions prior to purchase or booking. We do not refund Vouchers if a Centre turns you away due to health and safety contraindications (e.g., open wounds, certain medical conditions).
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include Details: Provide your full name, the email address used for the purchase, your Voucher code, and the reason for your refund request.
- Investigation: If your request relates to a Centre refusing the Voucher, we may need to contact the Centre to verify the situation before approving the refund.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
