    1. Introduction

    These Voucher Terms govern the purchase, redemption, and use of promotional float therapy vouchers ("Vouchers") bought through the Just Float platform. By purchasing a Voucher from us, you agree to be bound by these rules.

    These terms operate alongside our Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Centre Closure Policy.

    2. How Vouchers Work (Your Legal Contract)

    Just Float operates as a promotional marketplace. When you purchase a Voucher, it is important to understand the legal structure of your transaction:

    • The Voucher Purchase: You are purchasing the Voucher from Wellsuites Ltd (trading as Just Float).
    • The Float Service: The Voucher acts as a prepaid token to be used at a specific, independent float therapy centre (the "Centre").
    • Your Contract for Services: When you redeem the Voucher and book your float, your legal contract for the therapy service is strictly with the Centre, not with Just Float. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of the float session itself.

    3. Purchasing and Delivery

    • Payment: Payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not collect or store your full credit or debit card details.
    • Delivery: Upon successful payment, your Voucher code and redemption instructions will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate.

    4. Redeeming Your Voucher

    • Booking: To use your Voucher, you must contact the relevant Centre directly to book your appointment, quoting your Voucher code.
    • Availability: Vouchers are subject to the scheduling and availability of the individual Centre. Just Float does not control the Centre's booking calendar, opening hours, or capacity.
    • Service Rules: When attending your float, you must comply with the Centre's specific terms of service, health and safety policies, and age restrictions.

    5. Expiry Dates

    All Vouchers carry a strict expiry date, which will be clearly displayed on the Voucher purchase page and on the Voucher itself.

    • Unless otherwise stated, Vouchers are generally valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
    • It is your responsibility to book and complete your float session before the expiry date. Expired Vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

    6. Cancellations and No-Shows

    • Centre Cancellation Policies: Once you book your float, the Centre's cancellation policy applies.
    • Forfeiture: If you fail to turn up for your booked appointment ("no-show") or cancel outside of the Centre's permitted cancellation window, your Voucher will be marked as redeemed and will be forfeited without a refund.

    7. Limitations and Restrictions

    Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific Voucher offer:

    • Vouchers are often for "First Float" promotions and may be limited to new customers of that specific Centre only.
    • Vouchers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers at the Centre.
    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other goods or services.
    • Vouchers are for personal use or can be given as a gift, but they cannot be resold for commercial gain.

    8. Refunds, Refusals, and Centre Closures

    • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your Voucher purchase within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, provided you have not already redeemed the Voucher.
    • Centre Refusal: If a Centre unfairly refuses to accept a valid, unexpired Voucher, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or offer an alternative.
    • Centre Closures: In the rare event that a Centre closes down permanently after you have purchased a Voucher but before you have redeemed it, our Centre Closure Policy will apply, detailing your refund eligibility.
