I had a great massage from Paula to loosen up some very tight muscles in my back and neck. Foot reflexology finished the experience in a relaxing way and I have been feeling the benefits since. Paula also gave me some great advice about other ways to relax my muscles on a daily basis and how to change my mindset towards exercising! Thank you.

I had the 75 min full body massage with Paula and she was excellent. I asked for extra firm pressure to relieve stress and she did a great job- I left feeling so much more relaxed. She targeted all the areas where I feel a lot of stress like my neck. I will definitely go back to see her again soon. 10/10

2 visits in 2 days to help with a shoulder problem and what a fabulous experience. A 75 minute deep tissue massage with Emily on the first visit and a 60 minute float on the second visit. Instant tension and pain relief. Emily, you have worked some miracles and I can’t thank you enough. I will definitely be back.
