Want to thank you all for looking after me today. I wasn’t sure how my mind and body would react to the session today. I felt more relaxed than I’ve felt in many many months. Having had a full on week, my feeling of satisfaction was elevated. Now I have three gift vouchers to share with friends to enjoy this experience. Absolutely amazing experience! The induction video is great for the “1st -time-experiencers”, staff friendly and welcoming, and most importantly- the hygiene of the premises was on standards (I know - as it should, but unfortunately many public places with shared showers, in my experience don’t maintain the premises as clean).
