LOVED the infrared sauna experience and how it is set up - felt so good during and after, plus had the best night’s sleep too! Rachel, the owner, is absolutely delightful, so friendly and knowledgeable, as is her colleague Catherine. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a no brainer to help get and stay healthy ❤️

Had a pod float which was a warm magical experience. Thoroughly enjoyed this time & really looking forward in booking my infra red sauna.

I did the infrared sauna and float tank experience - it was amazing! I highly recommend it, especially both together. I felt so relaxed afterwards. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they provided very thorough instructions and answered any questions. The rooms were private, which helped aid the relaxation process. The spa itself was clean and inviting. I will definitely be making more visits!
