Rest Space

I had the most amazing experience here. The space is so calm and relaxing, easily one of the most peaceful environments I’ve ever been in. Floating in the salt water for 30 minutes was incredible – it felt like complete weightlessness and I left feeling so calm and reset. After that I had pressotherapy, which was exactly what I needed. It left my legs feeling so light and refreshed. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect and I walked out feeling completely relaxed. I’d highly recommend this place if you want to properly switch off and take some time for yourself.

I have had a fantastic experience in the pod. So relaxing, just takes you away from everything. I'll definitely be going back. Lovely host's too.

absolutely incredible experience! the process was explained in great detail and it was incredibly relaxing, the post float room felt like such a treat too. the facilities were very well kept, and anything you might have needed/ wanted was provided, I’d definitely come back! :)
