Liquid Reset

I genuinely love it. It’s a brilliant self care package. I spend a lot of time caring for the people around me, and before this aside from the gym I didn’t really do much that was just for me. The gym is fantastic for physical health, but this feels like something that resets and detoxifies the mind. Also, Janet on reception is absolutely lovely so welcoming, warm and helpful. She really sets the tone for the whole experience and makes it feel even more special
