Business Listing Terms

1. Introduction and The Directory

Just Float operates an online directory designed to help consumers discover float therapy centres in their area.

• Public Information: Many of the listings on our Platform are created by our team using publicly available factual information (such as business names, addresses, public contact details, and website links).
• No Affiliation Implied: Unless a listing has been explicitly "claimed" by the business owner, the presence of a float centre on our directory does not imply any official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation between Just Float and that business.

2. Claiming a Listing

If you are the owner or authorized representative of a float centre listed on our directory, you may "claim" your profile to take control of the information displayed.

• Authority: By claiming a listing, you warrant that you are the legal owner or a fully authorized representative of the business.
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify your identity and association with the business before granting access to manage the listing. We may revoke access if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized claims.

3. Managing Your Claimed Profile

Once you have successfully claimed your listing, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your profile (including pricing, services, operating hours, and contact details) is accurate, lawful, and up-to-date.
• Content Rights: By uploading images, logos, or descriptions to your claimed profile, you grant Wellsuites Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Just Float platform for the purpose of promoting your business. You warrant that you own the rights to any images or text you upload.

4. Voucher Promotions (Opt-In)

If you choose to use Just Float to sell promotional vouchers (such as discounted first-float sessions), you enter into a commercial agreement with us to act as your promotional marketplace.

• Honoring Vouchers: You agree to accept and honor all valid, unexpired vouchers purchased by customers through the Just Float platform, subject to your standard booking availability and health and safety policies.
• Service Liability: You acknowledge that Just Float is solely a promotional marketplace. The legal contract for the float therapy service exists exclusively between your business and the customer. You are solely responsible for the safe delivery of the service and must maintain adequate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

5. Requesting Removal of a Listing

We want our directory to be a positive tool for the float therapy community. While we have the legal right to publish factual, publicly available business information, we respect the wishes of business owners.

• How to Opt-Out: If you are the owner of a float centre and do not wish for your business to be listed on the Just Float directory, you may request the removal of your listing at any time.
• Removal Process: Please email your removal request to [email protected] using an email address associated with the business domain, or provide alternative proof of ownership. We will process verified removal requests promptly and remove the listing from our public directory.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellsuites Ltd shall not be liable to any listed business for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or reputation, arising from your inclusion in, or omission from, the directory.
• Any disputes, claims, or damages arising directly between your business and a customer who discovered you through the Just Float platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of a claimed profile constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
