Rules and Standards for Platform Usage

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules and standards that apply when you access, browse, or use the Just Float platform, directory, and voucher marketplace. This policy applies to all users, including general website visitors, customers purchasing vouchers, and float centre representatives managing their listings.
By using our Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. This document forms part of our overall Terms of Use.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may only use our Platform for lawful purposes. You strictly agree not to use our Platform:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- In any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- To harm or attempt to harm minors or vulnerable individuals in any way.
- To purchase vouchers using fraudulent payment methods or stolen credentials.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
- To knowingly transmit any data, send, or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
3. Data Scraping and Platform Integrity
Our directory database is a core asset of Wellsuites Ltd. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Scraping and Data Mining: Using automated tools, bots, spiders, scrapers, or any other unauthorized software or manual process to access, copy, harvest, or extract data from our directory or website.
- Copying Listings: Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or re-selling any part of our Platform (including float centre listings, images, and descriptions) in contravention of the provisions of our Terms of Use.
- Interference: Accessing without authority, interfering with, damaging, or disrupting any part of our Platform, any equipment or network on which our Platform is stored, or any software used in the provision of our Platform.
4. Content Standards
These content standards apply to any and all material you contribute to our Platform (for example, if you are a float centre owner updating your claimed directory listing or uploading images).
Contributions must:
- Be accurate (where they state facts) and genuinely held (where they state opinions).
- Comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which they are posted.
Contributions must not:
- Be defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Infringe any copyright, database right, or trademark of any other person.
- Be likely to deceive any person or be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party.
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or business (e.g., claiming a float centre profile that you do not legally own or represent).
5. Breach of this Policy
We will determine, at our absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our Platform. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Platform (including the suspension of claimed business profiles or user accounts).
- Immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Platform.
- Canceling any purchased vouchers without a refund if they were acquired fraudulently.
- Issuing a formal warning to you.
- Taking legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
- Disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
We may revise this acceptable use policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
